Homework

In order to ensure that homework is meaningful and will be a tool to enhance your learning, we will only set it for the following purposes:

  • Vocabulary or basic retention of facts
  • Reading
  • Preparation
  • Investigation
  • Consolidation
  • Response to feedback

We also run a homework club in the library at the end of every school day for you to attend if you need any help and support, or if you just like a quiet place to work.

That’s great and all, and we commend you for pushing through with it. Unfortunately we no longer offer support for IE; it hasn’t received a major update since 2015 and Microsoft are dropping support for it later in the year.
